MeethaKhata Use Karne Ki Shartein

1. Yeh Service Kya Hai

MeethaKhata ek cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) aur business management software hai jo specifically Indian mithai aur halwai shops ke liye banaya gaya hai. Isme billing, inventory management, staff management, customer tracking aur reporting features shamil hain.

2. Account Registration

MeethaKhata use karne ke liye aapko ek account banana hoga. Account banate waqt:

• Aapko sahi aur accurate information deni hogi
• Aap apne account ki security ke liye zimmedar hain
• Ek WhatsApp number pe sirf ek account allowed hai
• Aap 18 saal ya usse zyada age ke hone chahiye
• Aap India mein legally registered business represent kar rahe hain

3. Subscription aur Payment

MeethaKhata subscription-based service hai:

• Free Trial: 14 din ka free trial — koi credit card nahi chahiye
• Basic Plan: ₹499/month + ₹1,500 one-time setup fee
• Pro Plan: ₹999/month + ₹1,500 one-time setup fee
• Premium Plan: ₹1,799/month + ₹1,500 one-time setup fee

4. Cancellation aur Refund Policy

• Aap kabhi bhi apna subscription cancel kar sakte hain — koi lock-in nahi
• Cancel karne ke baad current billing period tak access milega
• Setup fee (₹1,500) non-refundable hai
• Technical issue ki wajah se service unavailable hone pe pro-rata refund milega
• Account cancel karne ke 30 din baad saara data permanently delete ho jaata hai

5. Aap Kya Kar Sakte Hain (Allowed Use)

• Apni dukaan ke bills, inventory aur staff manage karna
• Multiple staff members ko access dena (plan ke according)
• Data export aur download karna
• WhatsApp pe reports aur alerts receive karna
• Mobile, tablet ya computer se access karna

6. Aap Kya Nahi Kar Sakte (Prohibited Use)

• Account share karna ya resell karna — strictly prohibited
• App ko reverse engineer karna ya hack karne ki koshish karna
• False ya misleading information dalna
• Illegal activities ke liye app use karna
• Doosre users ke data access karne ki koshish karna
• Automated bots ya scripts se app use karna

7. Aapka Data Aapka Hai

Jo data aap MeethaKhata mein daalte hain — products, customers, bills, staff — woh sab aapka hai. Hum:

• Aapka data kabhi sell nahi karenge
• Aapki permission ke bina data use nahi karenge
• Account cancel karne pe data export karne ka option denge
• 30 din ke andar saara data permanently delete karenge

8. Service Availability

Hum 99% uptime ki koshish karte hain lekin:

• Planned maintenance ke liye advance notice diya jayega
• Emergency maintenance kabhi bhi ho sakti hai
• Internet outage ki wajah se issues ke liye hum responsible nahi hain
• Force majeure events (natural disaster, government order) mein service disruption possible hai

9. Limitation of Liability

MeethaKhata ek tool hai aapke business management ke liye. Hum responsible nahi hain:

• Aapke business decisions ke nataije ke liye
• Data loss jo aapke device ya internet issues se ho
• Third-party integrations (Razorpay, WhatsApp) ke issues ke liye
• Indirect ya consequential business losses ke liye

10. Governing Law

Yeh Terms of Service Indian law ke under governed hain. Koi bhi dispute Mumbai, Maharashtra ki courts mein resolve ki jayegi. Hum pehle amicably resolve karne ki koshish karenge.

11. Changes to Terms

Hum in terms ko update kar sakte hain. Koi significant change hone pe hum:

• WhatsApp pe notification bhejenge
• App mein banner show karenge
• Effective date se 14 din pehle notice denge

App continue use karna = updated terms accept karna.
